 Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Facility Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role

We are currently looking to hire a Sales Executive for our Waste Management and Transportation Division.

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in waste management, transportation, logistics, or related industries

 Strong knowledge of the local market and client network

 Ability to generate new business leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets

 Experience in contract negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing deals

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

 Valid Qatar driving license is preferred

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities

 Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients

 Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts

 Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

 Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

 Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

 Hands-on experience with MOI design standards and documentation is mandatory
