Our MEP division is committed to provide fully engineered electromechanical and building service solutions to construction projects. This was formed with the expressed aim of being able to offer a complete alternative and more efficient approach to the traditional method of managing a project, by providing coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection services and Special ELV Systems all within one company and under the same roof. It provides the skill, expertise, experience and resources essential to meet the demands of today's fast track projects. Our TEAM environment along with its unique structure allows for more continuity and communication between each trade, often presenting more opportunities for value engineering and swift conflict resolution between disciplines therefore achieving optimal results with minimal problems and delays, which are normally associated with the typical multi company dynamic.

Health and safety is a primary concern that is never overlooked at Electra. All Employees adhere to stringent safety measures that are devised and imposed based on predetermined health and safety risks relevant to the undertaken tasks.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
We ensure sufficient Quality Assurance Inspection (Quality Control) and verification personnel to the contract to ensure that the Quality System, Quality Assurance and Quality Control are maintained throughout the Project. There shall be sufficient personnel to cover all disciplines, all Sub-contractors work and off-site facilities. The Quality assurance Engineer (s) and Quality Control Inspector (s) shall be based at the location of work and shall be independent of the work being performed. The Quality Assurance Engineer (s) shall report to the Project Engineer and shall also have a direct reporting function to the Client’s Quality Representative on Quality matters.
With our dedicated team of experts, we devise project specific quality measures ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and most importantly with the project outcome. Quality management plans are set forth and imposed on all undertaken projects. Not only do these plans ensure that the project requirements are met, but that all stakeholders are satisfied with the project outcome.
